Ever wanted a minimal Tcl/Tk installer for Windows that could fit on a floppy disk and not take hours to download?
Well, there you have it (900 kb).
It doesn't include large stuff like encodings and some useless
extensions.
On the other hand, it has extensions like IncrTCL and IncrTK,
registry and dde. It is based on Tcl/Tk 8.4a4.
